A: If your are a member of EnviroClass, your certificate for the live webinar will be sent within 48 hours. If you do not receive your certificate, please email [email protected] directly.

A: Go to https://www.enviroclass.com/login, scroll to the bottom, and select “Forgot Password.” You will automatically be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password to the email address associated with your account.

A: After watching the video and completing the assessment, your certificate will automatically be emailed to the address associated with your account within a few minutes. Be sure to check your junk folder & make sure our email isn't marked as spam. If you still do not receive your certificate, please email us directly. 

A: If you need to take a small break or phone call in the middle of the video, you can pause and resume with no interruptions. However, if you log out or have a disruption in the connection, it will restart the video from the beginning.

A: Yes! Email a team member and we can resend your certificate(s).

A: Monthly membership requires a 3 month minimum commitment. If you need to cancel for any reason after the 3 month period, you can email a member of our EnviroClass team directly to cancel your membership.
